Tracking Your Order Stardog Loungewear products are fulfilled and shipped by us and are insured. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
US orders: in-stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping and Warranties We are unable to ship to PO, APO, and FPO boxes.
All items purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Stardog Loungewear. Title to the items purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such items, passes to you when Stardog Loungewear delivers these items to the carrier.
Return Process Online
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- After you have completed the return process online, please print the return label and return form.
- Please pack items to be returned and return form inside an appropriate shipping box and seal.
- Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.
- Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
- At any point, you may check the status of your return online in your order history.
